For The Catholic Daughter of an aging parent who's doing it all
You Know You're Grieving. But You Still Have to Keep Going.
Introducing the Grieve & Keep Going Method
A six-step process for carrying grief while continuing to live your life.
Your mom is getting worse. You know it.
You don't get to stop being a mom because you're worried about your mom.
Your family still needs dinner. Homework needs to get done. Someone needs a ride.
Life keeps happening.
But that doesn't mean you aren't grieving.
You are.
You don't have to choose between grieving and living your life.
You can learn how to do both.
We Start November 6th

Your Catholic Grief Coach
Nichole Haugen
Hi, I'm Nichole Haugen — The Catholic Grief Coach.
Wife & Mom of six daughters
Former hospice nurse with more than 10 years of hospice experience
I've sat with moms in the hardest seasons of their lives. And what I've learned is this: grief doesn't need to be perfect, and it doesn't need a timeline. But it does need the right tools.
I understand grief both professionally and personally and created this program because women shouldn't have to wait until everything falls apart before getting support.

"Nichole has a gift of bringing you where you are in your very first interaction with her. You'll be amazed at what you did not see in your grief! Her transparent guidance and weekly podcasts helped me feel my emotions with God-centered healing!" 🙏

“One on one coaching is awesome. You talk about one topic and then realize it’s something else or maybe a deeper issue going on. Nichole can pick up on tone and other things we don’t realize. She asks questions that help open up the conversation more so and gets you out of the same old loop and gets you unstuck.”
—A.B.
“I have been in grief groups before and wasn't sure if this one would be different. It really was. The faith aspect was a game changer. I didn't realize how stuck I was. I feel like I am back to ‘normal’ and doing things I enjoy again."
—J.F.
“Personal coaching is amazing! She (Nichole) helps me so much.
She can see things I can’t see.”

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is this therapy?
No. These are practical coaching sessions with tools you can use immediately. Not a substitute for professional mental health support, but a powerful complement to it.
How long are the sessions?
Kept to 60 minutes — designed to fit into your real life, not add to it.
Is this specifically Catholic?
The content is faith-informed and created by a Catholic grief coach, but the tools work for women of any faith background.
What if I cannot make it live?
That's okay. These sessions are recorded and sent out privately for you to watch when able.
This is coaching.
You will learn to ask:
"What can I change?"
"What can I surrender?"
"What conversation needs to happen?"
